But first, here is information about the West Coast Glamping Community, and plus information about the Leopard Lounge experience and Strawberry Music Festival.

 Welcome to the online home for people who like to go offline together and do remote adventures. The West Coast Glamping Community was created to gather fun, outgoing, talented people who would like to do occasional long weekend glamorous camping trips. Glamorous Camping is all about camping without suffering and still enjoying the fine outdoors in comfort and style.

 There are so many interesting people in our group.  We have many talented musicians, artists, writers, comedians, chefs, engineers, MacGyver's, doctors, professionals we have a great mix of funny wonderful folks. A few also restore and collect vintage travel trailers, VW camper bus's and even art cars.   This group and event is a great place to meet new fun good people. The Strawberry Music Festival will take place over Memorial Day weekend. Deemed the most beautiful fairgrounds in California, the Nevada County Fairgrounds offers beautifully forested camping, tree lined meadows, permanent bathhouses, level terrain, with lots of indoor and outdoor space for family fun and entertainment, in an easily accessible location.

 Nestled in the heart of the Sierra Nevada foothills, charming gold rush towns Grass Valley and Nevada City are just minutes away with lots of services including lodging options, restaurants, stores, gas stations, and recreation. This year the Spring Festival presents the gold standard in main stage entertainment, intimate side stage performances, top notch children's programming, workshops and activities for all ages, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet.  Come see why Strawberry is so much more than a music festival!

LEOPARD LOUNGE VIP CAMPING TICKETS 2019

* 20 person camp max. Our fabulous, placed space at Strawberry is limited in size. CAMP IS FULL ~ SOLD OUT!!!

 * Leopard Lounge VIP Ticket / Camp Fee: $40 cash, payable to Tré  Taylor at the event. 

 * The camp fee goes towards defraying cost of alcohol, bar snacks, and extra fee charged by Strawberry to the Leopard Lounge for placement.

 * All campers must also purchase your own Strawberry Music Festival at https://strawberrymusic.com/tickets/

 In order to put on the Leopard Lounge experience for ourselves and guests, we really need commitments from all 20 campers to help set up camp at the start of the festival, help maintaining common areas, and of course help breakdown at the end of the event. 

 We practice Leave No Trace and will return our camp space to it's original state. How can you help? 

 Please contact Tré individually with your expected arrival and departure date and time. Let her know how YOU can help make the Leopard Lounge 2019 the best camp at Strawberry!

 FYI, the infrastructure of the camp will arrive on Wed, when Tré and Mark arrive in their vans. If you already hold a Wed arrival ticket, great! 

Sadly, those are sold out. We will still need setup help on Thursday so you can still help with set up with the standard 4-day camping pass. Camp maintenance is ongoing, every day of the event. 

* Loading/unloading: There is simply not enough space to accommodate everyone's tent space needs plus cars parked in camp. Priority is given to those who have a camper or otherwise will be  sleeping in your vehicle. 

 * All others can unload at camp upon arrival, but you will need to move your car and park close by for the duration of the event. You will be able to bring your car back to camp to load up at the end.

* To help identify fellow Leopard Lounge campers, we will have our own wristband that needs to be worn throughout the event.
                                                                                       
LEOPARD LOUNGE VIP GLAMPING TICKET INCLUDES:
* Open bar for the full weekend                                              
* Exclusive tent space at camp (Pre-reserved if late arrival)                            
* Open cooking use for any other meals, with full use of the new upgraded Glamping Kitchen, BBQ, Griddle, and NEW Camp Oven.
* Shared potable water at our own dish washing area
* Full electrical  for tent and phone charging station                                        
* Live radio broadcasts of the music festival at our camp when open music jams aren't happening
*  And of course…
~ Enjoying the 20 person outdoor dining room table
~ Lounging on our swank ass new inflatable sofas and furry glamping chairs
~ EPIC OPEN MUSIC JAMS ALL DAY AND UNTIL 3AM EVERY NIGHT.
~ Enjoying the live music at all of the festival stages
~ OUR CAMP JAMS ARE WICKED AWESOME BECAUSE OF ALL OF YOU!!!

 FOOD:
Because Strawberry has such a great food court, our camp is not doing a formal planned pot luck this year, or any shared meals. That does not mean there can't be shared meal planning! 

Once we have our camp list, anyone and everyone is encouraged to organize a group meal with similarly minded fellow campers. Contact Tré for the final list if you want to organize shumpthin.

It fills up fast on Thursday, so it is best for you to arrive Thursday or early Friday. This is a new location for this event, so we will see how it goes.  We will do our best, but no promises for late arrivals. We have many talented musician’s that will be attending this festival.  THE MUSIC IS OUTSTANDING ON THE STAGES, BUT THE ACOUSTIC JAMS ARE OFF THE HOOK AMAZING ANYWHERE YOU GO AT STRAWBERRY!

Hi All: Due to the "Coronaside" all events for 2020 will need to be cancelled until further notice.   Official announcement here Please know that the Leopard Lounge Camp can continue to spread joy if you doing the following: 1) Put on your sexiest leopard attire. 2) Get the makings for a margarita. Pour yourself a tall one. 3) Grab your musical instrument and begin to play your favorite jam camp tunes. 4)  Film yourself doing this with your smart phone, and share it with us all if you can. # leopardloungecamp Please stay safe and healthy.
